Daniel Sibila


Managing the day-to-day field operations takes a person who possesses the experience, communication skills, leadership qualities and the desire to work as a team and Dan Sibila is that person. His responsibilities are to assist in the development and implementation of the schedule, coordinate and motivate the subcontractors, develop and monitor the safety plan, communicate with the Owner on a daily basis on activities and provide his expertise on all aspects of the project.  With his experience in the construction industry,  Daniel is the type of superintendent this project will need to succeed. He has the builder background which provides him with the in-depth knowledge to rein-force problem-solving and decision-making tasks.

Daniel started in the industry by framing in 1994 for a residential local framing company and worked toward starting his own company in 2004 for residential and commercial building. Daniel has since put his experience to work for Griffin and has developed a proven track record by successfully managing his jobs with positive outcomes for Owners. Daniel is a effective leader in the field for both Griffin Staff and Subcontractors.
